Cigarette smoking is the worst thing habit to be adapted to the body. It is the leading cause of death in the world but it is avoidable. There are thousand of people that are diagnosed to have a lung cancer brought in particular from smoking habit. There are studies that a stick of cigarette shortens life by six minutes.
Cigarette smokers feel the effects of the cigarette in their body and they wanted to quit smoking habit. But quitting is really a challenge once smoking habit has been started it is hard for them to quit.
