  1. is there a way to find a corresponding election precinct number in a certain barangay thru "online". We have just moved in the place. And yet, we havent experienced a voter's registration ever.We find it hard to locate barangay officials to know the precinct number. The comelec office in davao advise us to first know our precinct number of our barangay which we definitely dont know.
